About your instructor

Dale Dohner retired from the U.S. Army after 21 years of active-duty service. Dale joined Servpro Industries as an instructor in 2001. During Dale’s 23 years with SERVPRO he taught leadership, management, fire, water, mold, and bioremediation classes. In 2006 Dale became an IICRC-Certified instructor to teach the WRT, FSRT, TCST, CCT, and UFT courses. Dale holds the Master Water Restorer, Master Fire Restorer and Master Textile Cleaner designations. Dale retired from SERVPRO in 2024 as their Director of Training and joined The Restoration Institute as an IICRC instructor.
